Fraud. A Gross misreprentation. A Broker presenting 1* property as a 5* resort

First the people listing this property are not the owners of the hotel. They misrepresented the property. This is the worst most disgusting hotel I have been in. Imagine a nasty motel in the worst Intercity operated by drug dealers. There were migrants drinking on the decks in front of our room. The grounds were dirty and gross. The hotel immediately offered a refund and the broker asked me 30 days later the details and has yet to process the refund after months. Just a gross experience VRBO you should be ashamed to be associated with these people.

Outstanding Property

This turned out to be better than I expected! I had no idea when I booked my stay through VRBO that 24 North was actually part of a 4 property group. I especially appreciated the shuttle and included drink of the day that takes guests back and forth between the property and Old Town. I’m sure that’s saved a few folks from a DUI

A hot mess!

First they tried to charge me an additional 52 per night once arrived. Old outdated carpet, no fan in bathroom, coffee maker broken.view-0. Not as described. Want a refund! What a horrible experience.
