This was a great location property. Everything was walking distance. We had minor issues with cockroaches in the kitchen area and water pressure in master bathroom sink was so low. Our neighbor had the lights on all night one night so it was hard to sleep but overall this was a cute place to stay.

Being able to walk to everything is one of the best parts of a Port Aransas getaway, and we're happy you found the home to be a cute place to stay. We're sorry to hear about the cockroaches in the kitchen. Our properties are sprayed regularly, but pest control in an island environment is an ongoing challenge, especially with the warm, coastal climate. We also appreciate you mentioning the low water pressure in the master bathroom sink, and we'll have it checked. As for the neighbor's lights, we understand how that can make it hard to rest, and we're sorry it disrupted your night. Since these concerns came to us after checkout, we'd like to encourage all guests to reach out during their stay. The house was not properly cleaned and hadn’t been in a while. There was a lot of little things that weren’t up to a normal standard for a rental. I hate leaving bad reviews but the cleanliness of this house was very disappointing. It’s in a great location, love that it’s pet friendly (although we didn’t bring our pup) there’s a pool, sleeps plenty with a great price. The house itself is good other than I would suggest getting blinds or curtains for the front door as there is no privacy. As well as blinds for above the master bed because if the neighbors have their lights on in the house it will shine right through and light up the whole bedroom.

Great Family Fun on the 4th!

We had a great time! Very clean, great for families with TVs in every bedroom. Close to beaches, shopping & dining.

Great Home

The house was great had more than enough room for a family of 5. Location was also great walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shops. Only negative thing I have to say is it could have been cleaned a little better. But I definitely stay there again.

Family vacay in Port A

This was our first time staying in town - we are usually further out. But we loved the location! Our kids walked everywhere & rode their longboards. The place was SO cute! The decor & layout are perfect. We have 4 kids, 14, 17, 18 & 20- it was the best set up for our big boys & everyone had their own bed & tv. We really loved our stay & will be back!!

Nice and perfect

Best one I've rented by far. Clean and nice everything was at a good distance beach only a couple of minutes drive. Nice pool. Only major problem was our vacation was not long enough

Great Place

Beautiful home just minutes away from the beach. Close to lots of shopping. There is a loud bar across the street but inside you cant hear the music. Great place to stay. There is not a bbq pit for you to use like the contract says so bring one if you plan to grill.
