Looking for a little peace and quiet with a bit of farmhouse flair? Look no further! This beautifully remodeled single-family guest house is just what you are looking for. Located in the much-desired Englewood Farm Acres, the guest house is set on a 5-acre lot behind the main house. Enjoy the scenery that surrounds you with horses in the pastures, chickens, and much more wildlife. If you’re still looking for the Florida lifestyle, don’t worry, the property is a short 10-minute drive from beautiful Englewood Beach. The guest house boasts 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, accompanied by a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has two full-size beds for your guests to enjoy and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is new wood laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, range, and OTR microwave. The two-car garage is off the kitchen for easy access into the house. The washer & dryer are in the garage. The exterior of the house has a fenced in dog run for your fur baby to enjoy. (Size limits and breed restrictions apply.) There is also an above ground pool that is shared between the guest house and the main house. (Restricted hours of use will apply.)

Super cute and cozy farm cottage

This gem is located in the center of multiple horse farms! Centrally located to everything you’ll want to see or do, including beaches, Dearborn Street, beachside dining, etc… Owners home is in front of cottage but not so close it feels on top of you. We met them and they are very nice and have a beautiful family. We loved petting one of their horses (you’re free to just wander the area around the cottage) and being a farm girl myself, I loved the roaming chickens and fresh eggs the owners left in the refrigerator for us. Check in was very easy, as was check out. Highly recommend! PS ~ the whole property felt so quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting on the porch with coffee. ❤️

Coastal Farmhouse

I just spent 2 weeks at this guest house. It was just what I was hoping it would be. I booked it because I wanted to feel as if I was in the country (and away from the traffic and crowds), but still be under 15 minutes to the beaches, market, shops and parks. What I didn’t expect was just how amazing the setting would be. There are horses grazing when you look out the window. The property is fenced in with gated code access, for complete safety. The neighborhood was lovely for walking my dogs. Most neighbors have horses too. Everyone waved hello. I was given fresh eggs from the hens and the owner’s left me chocolates, beautiful soaps, water, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped. I asked ahead of time about a few things I didn’t see in the listing, and every item was provided. Furniture is comfortable and looked brand new. The owner’s gave me a warm welcome and then allowed complete privacy. They are a sweet (and busy) family. I’m felt like I hit the jackpot. If you seek a quiet and peaceful home base, love nature and open spaces AND want your dog(s) to be safe and happy when they vacation with you, book this one! I’m so glad I did. Englewood is a hidden gem. I found it to be charming and MUCH less crowded than Venice, Sarasota or Naples.
