The villa Charles in holiday residence in the heart of the golf of saint tropez

Holiday home located in Grimaud, 3 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, within the "Les Restanques du Golf de Saint Tropez" holiday area.
The area is exceptional and includes 3 swimming pools including one with waves, 2 water slides, 2 tennis courts, shutter, hand ball, table tennis, pétanque, a small lake and numerous family activities with children, as well as a supermarket open from June to September.
The house is located in the heart of the estate right next to the wave pool.

With its 3 bedrooms upstairs and its sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, our spacious house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a terrace on the ground floor, 2 separate toilets, 2 bathrooms including a private bathroom for the master bedroom as well as a washing machine on the ground floor, as well as a wifi connection.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The villa benefits from a free parking space numbered 15 right next door. We thank you for parking at this number as the other spaces are reserved for other houses.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by our partner: "La Conciergerie de Grimaud" who will give you the keys to the house and the access badges to the estate's swimming pools.

State of play
When you arrive, an inventory is made using photos with our partner.
When you leave, an inventory is made with our partner.
We thank you for taking care of the place because we do everything we can to allow you to have a great vacation in GRIMAUD.

Bail
An uncollected deposit is paid to our partner, namely:
- €400 in the event of loss of swimming pool access badges
- €150 in the event of lack of maintenance
- €1000 in the event of possible damage

Concerning towels and bed linen 2 hypotheses:
-Either you bring your own linen
-Or our partner will provide you with what you need for an additional fee to be paid directly to them. Prices are shown in the last photo.

Arrival time: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Beyond €50 fees apply
Departure time: maximum 10am
Return of keys to our partner “La Conciergerie de Grimaud”

Weekly rental
In principle from Saturday to Saturday, but arrivals can also be made every day of the week except Sunday.

Indicative weekly rates:
- June 2000 €
- July 2850 € (very high season)
- August €2850 (very high season)

Rentals are preferably made on a monthly basis.

The entire estate and its public facilities (swimming pools, sports grounds, etc.) are subject to private enjoyment. The owner cannot be held liable in the event of exceptional inability to access any public facilities whatsoever.
