This pleasant single-storey house offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area opening onto the large living room with sofa, armchairs, television and Canal+. You will have a first sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. Near the bedrooms is a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink as well as separate WC. A second sleeping area is available to you in the other wing of the house, with a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a bathroom with a WC and a shower. Baby equipment on request: a baby bath, a travel cot, a high chair. Between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, come and recharge your batteries in this house happily restored by Martine and Jean-Louis. You will appreciate the two terraces: a west-facing terrace with garden furniture and a covered patio with two armchairs. The second terrace is located at the rear of the house to the east and has garden furniture, relaxation room, barbecue and awning. The swimming pool shared with the owners is available at their home (garden adjoining the gîte). It is open from June to the end of September, heated by bromine, 8.40mx4m and 1.50m deep, and secured by a fence. In addition, it is possible to enjoy a private jacuzzi in the veranda inside the gîte (accessible only on request, for a fee).
