Nice place

Condo was comfortable and convenient. Tram operators were prompt and friendly. Property manager was responsive and helpful. My only complaint would be the construction equipment right outside our unit blocking the kitchen and dining window views, and the porta potty beside our patio.

High Price, Low Quality

We were disappointed with our stay and with the unit overall. Several areas were not entirely clean upon checkin, a sink was broken and non functional, and the wifi did not work for the entirety of our stay. The property management company was somewhat responsive about the broken sink, but never rectified the wifi issues. Overall, it was a low quality unit for too high a price. We’ve spent +15 years coming down to 30A each summer, and we’ll be sure to not book this unit or one maintained by the same property management company again.

Great location

Construction starts at 7 and was right beside our condo this parking was limited. With private houses and new condos on the beach we had no view of ocean and beach access was limited. Other than that beds comfy and starter supplies were ample. Will return but hopefully to different unit with view and no construction.

my concerns

It may not be a legal obligation, but it would be the decent thing to do that is to let the renter know that major construction is going on all around your unit. From 8am until 5pm it was constant noise. Blue tarps and beeping trucks were everywhere. We could not enjoy the patio in the mornings or even open the blinds as workers were right outside. The sliding screen door was off laying against a wall when we arrived, the master sink stopper was broken and the freezer door would not close. The TV in the family area would not get local channels. These all look like things just not addressed before our arrival. We did call maintenance about the freezer but was never repaired properly. The saving grace of this vacation was the close proximity to the beach and pool and that they allowed dogs.
