My 2 friends and I went up to the cabins for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. Planning a trip to go back next month.

Not very happy

The property was not clean. Spider webs and dust everywhere, no broom, mop or dish towel. The power was out in the basement when we checked in and we notified management and they told us maintenance would be out in 2-4...I called back several times after that and they never sent anyone out that night and kept telling me someone would be out. I called back in the morning and was told maintenance came in at 10 and they would let them know. Maintenance finally came around 11am. Nothing was done for our inconvenience and loosing a whole night with no compensation for the inconvenience. I felt like they didn't care because it says no refunds so you get whatever they give you. Its a nice cabin but the upkeep should be better.

Ruined the first day didn’t get to Check in til 8:00 pm. Was supposed to be 4 pm

Late check in 4 hours. Wasn’t the cleanest. Fire place did not work. Jets in bath tub didn’t work.

Not What We Bargained For

Told b4 check-in that it wasn't ready bcuz they were cleaning. Got inside and every dish was dirty. There were cobwebs on walls and dirt on floor. Numerous damages to the floor and woodwork. Bathroom floors cracking and caulk and grout was missing in several areas, including around the jacuzzi. Water leaked from the dishwasher. Water leaked from upstairs bathroom through to the pool table room. Hot tub never got over 95°. The carpet was matted, dirty, and bubbled. Several outlet covers were broken. Toaster didn't work properly but was the only thing maintenance did take care of by bringing us a new one. Only one pan to cook with. The power went out in our cabin and there wasnt a breaker panel in the house. When we called the day we arrived, they said maintenance would be right over and showed up the next day. Spoke to 3 people before getting to someone who could do something about our issues. Wouldnt even offer us anything (cash off or a new room) until maintenance came to "verify" my issues. Offered some cash back, which still hasnt been credited yet. Buyer beware. We drove all the way from WI and it was subpar, to say the least. I'd search for a different property manager/company as there are several to choose from in the Legacy Mountain property.

Great location Great Views

The views were incredible! The layout of the cabin was great and it included a hot tub and pool table. A little further up the hill, a community swimming pool was available. Also loved how close it was to Dollywood. It's just a quick little drive around and your there!
