Would never recommend
We thought we booked a different property. When we called to communicate this, the lady at the office talked over me and was rude. Once we arrived at the property we booked, there was dried food and cup ring marks on the table, crumbs in the floor under the table, crumbs and dirt in the master bedroom, mold in the master shower and a hole in the ceiling over the master shower. There were also multiple stains on the furniture. Considering the prestigious location, it shocking and disgusting. We drove back to the office to get a refund or try to book another place. . Upon arriving the lady once again tried to speak over me. There were 2 ladies and neither were friendly. They were rude and very unprofessional. At this point we are past frustrated. We have driven 4.5 hours with 4 kids and no place to stay. The owner, I presume, comes in and immediately blows up on us b/c we do not have on a mask. Threatened to call the cops. Wanted to know where I lived, who my doctors were. Refused a refund unless I called and cancelled my credit card in front of him. It was a scene from the twilight zone. He made my husband leave the building. Told us that we were going to kill him b/c I didn’t have on a mask. He started around the counter at me, and one of the ladies told him to stay on the other side. I can’t wear one medically just for the record. One of the ladies was going to book us in the condo and building we originally thought we were supposed to be staying. He was refusing to refund our money and refusing to book another place. Also, the stay was going to be several days shorter than our original intended vacation. We ended up booking the shorter stay b/c it was 5:00 on a Sunday, and we had nowhere to stay. There was a price difference, and the owner of the real estate office still refused to refund our money. I had to wait until the next day for someone else that was willing to write our check. I would have given this place and the real estate office negative stars if I could!! I have never in my life experienced such a clown show at what is supposed to be a professional business.
