Worst experience ever
Let me start of by saying this was my first stay using VRBO, I have used other places before but wanted to give them a shot.
Since check In there were problems, as I walked to the front door I noticed the front door was badly damaged so I messaged the host and informed him, I than found out the AC did NOT work so I asked about that as well. The banister walking up the stairs was extremely loose and dangerous, I in-fact fell down the stairs because of this safety hazard. The sliding back door does NOT lock, The backyard was not maintained and there was trash and nails everywhere. My stay was 3 nights and 4 days in 90 degree weather.
My children stayed out of this rental because it was way to hot and the host did nothing to make this stay better for us. Friday night I bought isolating fans on MY dime, Saturday around 7 am roofers started working at this house I was renting. No notice at all. I called the host and VRBO several times, VEBO pretty much told me their hands were tide because everything is ran through the host who NO ONE could get ahold of. I asked for a VRBO supervisor 4 times within three days of calling and did not hear from one single supervisor.
