The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, within easy reach of the Rance dam, in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. You can benefit from all essential shops about a kilometer away.

Activities :
Discover Dinard's beaches: Ecluse beach, the wilder St Enogat beach, Notre Dame du Roc beach, St Briac beach.
Go on excursions: take the Clair de Lune speedboat to St Malo, visit the town + Grand Bé + Petit Bé, the Ebhiens peninsula at low tide from St Jacut, tour the bay by speedboat in fine weather and picnic on Cézembre island with the speedboat.
Go to Cancale and taste oysters or visit Dinan and its medieval town.
Markets, heated seawater pool with fitness room, marina, sailing clubs, tennis club, equestrian center, golf and mini-golf courses, Thalassa thalassotherapy center, bike rentals.
For golf enthusiasts, you'll find one of the oldest golf courses in France, Golf de Saint-Briac (facing the sea).
