This Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home sleeps 8 and is steps away and just across the street from the white sugary sand beaches and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony, main living area, and master bedroom offer gulf views as well as the community pool below. The rear balcony and bedroom offer views of the sound and Gulf & pier in the distance. The sunsets are amazing year round from the front balcony but they are best viewed from the private beach on the sound to the rear of the complex. You can enjoy stunning sunrises just over the pier if you get up early and walk the beach. You will also see dolphins, manta rays, sea turtles, mahi mahi, tuna or even sailfish. Check out the shops and restaurants, nearby as well. There are convenient rentals available for bicycles, mopeds, paddle boards, and surf boards. Navarre Beach is just paradise whether walking the beaches looking for shells, swimming in the Gulf or relaxing on the beach. Parking is never an issue at the Condo especially around back which is the most convenient access to the Condo. Look for your Arrival information about a week before check in and let us know if you don't receive that.

Location was great, the beach access was right across the road. Everything worked as it should and we had a great time.

May Vacation 2022

We had a lovely time in Navarre Beach May 1 to 31 2022. It was just my wife and I who stayed in the condo. We did have my son and his family visit a couple of times, but in general it was just the two of us. The condo was nice with some improvements that would make it better. First for us unfortunately it was on the third floor of the condo and the walk up was a lot. The description didn't mention that but the pictures surely suggested it. This is not fixable :-) Second is that the furniture in the living area was uncomfortable...the photos show a plush couch but it must have been replaced by outside wicker furniture. Third is the kitchen/dining room. There are only chairs and table for 4 people (it is advertised as sleeping 8). In addition, the pans are OLD and poor for cooking. If you don't cook no problem. The good parts are that it is close to the beach and the pool is cleaned every day. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and the other two bedrooms are very nice. The balconies in the condo are being repaired, but we were still able to use ours. Overall, we loved the area and will return, but to a different rental unit (not on the third floor and a stand alone house).

This little piece of heaven is located right across the street from the golf and offers waterfront access for mainland prices. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf from your private balcony.

The sunsets viewed from this Condo in Fall and Winter are Spectacular. Its a short walk to the Gulf and it's Sugary White Sand beaches. Its also a short walk to the sound and a private quiet beach. You can also walk to the pier, restaurants, and bars all less than a mile. You can rent bicycles and mopeds two doors down and explore the island. If you walk the beach before sunrise toward the pier you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. This Island is "Paradise"! Just walking the beach taking pictures at sunrise or looking for shells is a relaxing experience. From the pier you can see large Mana Rays, Dolphins, Huge Gars, Sharks, Turtles, and numerous large schools of fish.
