Listen to the relaxing ebb and flow of the surf from every balcony and enjoy the full or partial ocean view. Additional amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, picnic grilling area, outdoor shower rinsing station, wireless internet, three elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Southeasterly facing fourth floor condo offers updated kitchen and baths, primary bedroom en suite bath with spacious walk-in shower, hallway bath with shower/tub, open concept common areas with tile floor, wood-look floors in bedrooms, and covered balcony.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-2, DVD-1, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, spacious walk-in shower, ceiling fans throughout, covered balcony w/rockers and table/chair set, on-site pool and grilling area, access to ground level locker w/owner beach gear. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: 7-night minimum mid-June through mid-August - last minute partial week stays may be considered. 3-night minimum the rest of the year. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
