The house is located in the heart of a wooded park, out of sight. Sarzeau town centre is just a few minutes away by bike.
Close to the property, the Château de Suscinio, built in the 13th century on the edge of the ocean, was one of the favourite residences of the Dukes of Brittany and their court in the Middle Ages. Recently renovated, it is one of the most visited monuments in Morbihan. A must-see!
An integral part of the Gulf of Morbihan, Sarzeau is the emblematic commune of the Rhuys peninsula. With over 65 km of coastline, it is one of the towns in Brittany with the longest coastline.
This commune, much sought-after for its quality of life, will be the ideal base from which to discover both the islands of the Golfe du Morbihan and southern Brittany. The area is particularly well-suited to sea kayaking and yachting. Lovers of nautical spectacles will enjoy the ballet of boats at their leisure.
