BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella)
otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the
left to the public access.
- Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon request after booking

TRANSPORTATION
- Bikes are a popular way to explore! 4 are included with this property. Should you need more, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided after booking.
- A 6 seater Golf Cart is included complimentary with this property.  Please note - operators of the golf cart must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license. Signed waiver and proof of insurance required.
