**THE INDOOR POOL AND SPAS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. WE WILL UPDATE AS SOON AS A REOPEN DATE IS ANNOUNCED.** This condo in The Summit of Gatlinburg Condos is located 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 1.5 miles from Ober Mountain Ski Resort and a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is a 3 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR), with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 baths, small fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, coin operated washer/dryer facilities on site, outdoor playground for the kids, outdoor pool (in season), indoor pool with spa(Closed for Repairs), Mountain Views. THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW PETS!!If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave with no refund, and a 100.00 per day fine will be accessed on your bill. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Please smoke outside. If you smoke inside, you will be charged a $200 fee. Winter Weather Warning: The elevation at Cabin Fever is nearly the same as the lodge at nearby Ober Mountain Ski Resort. In case of inclement weather, 4 wheel drive and/or chains are advised. We recommend checking the weather and webcam at Ober Mountain Ski Resort to determine the weather conditions here. The City of Gatlinburg does an excellent job of keeping the roads open in winter, but in case of heavy snowfall, it may take a day or more to make the roads safe for travel. When staying here in the winter, it is advised that you bring extra supplies just in case.

New Years 2022

Actual chunks of black mold in guest bath! We got up as much as we could but too much and was on bottom of shower curtain. All of the beds were worn out. Rips in the comforter in master. The flooring was coming up all throughout. I cooked a casserole that normally takes and hour, after 19 minutes I checked it and not only was it done but starting to burn! The handle to open the door was so hot I had to use a towel to touch it. The refrigerator was warm on our arrival. Black duct tape on stairs holding the dirty carpet together. There were not enough places for all to sit, just a couch and a chair. Not inviting at all for conversation. If staying here make sure you bring your coffee as none is provided. This is not the condos fault but the drive up/down the mtn is terrifying. While we were unloading our vehicles the whole side of the mtn had a power outage. Luckily it wasn’t off for too long. We join our family In Gatlinburg every year and this by far was the worst place we have stayed and will never stay there again.

Christmas Vacay

We loved our condo, balcony had an amazing view. Pool and hottub were a short walk away and we enjoyed that on Christmas Night! Pigeon forge and gatlinburg was a short drive away and very little traffic to get to both even on a holiday weekend.

Nice condo

A little smaller than what we are used to with two big boys but it was a nice property. Enjoy seeing a live bear in person. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
