Small family? Quick and reasonably priced get-a-way?

Welcome to The Caspian Breeze, a privately owned, cozy 1br condo that sleeps 2 adults and 2-4 children comfortably. Family time is important and my family wants to provide your family with a get-a-way spot with some comforts of home. Super location tucked away and with a view of the ocean from a spacious balcony. A quaint property that charges a nominal parking/facility fee separate from my rental fee. The condo is near the heart of the city with several restaurants nearby and proximity to various Galveston activities.

Welcome to The Caspian Breeze, a privately owned (not a hotel room 😊) cozy (474 sq. ft.) 1br condo that sleeps 2 adults (1 queen bed) and 2-4 children (two bunk beds and sofa pull-out) comfortably. With some comforts of home (has most things you need and Walmart next door for your convenience). Super location (on Seawall Blvd) tucked away (on the quieter side of the complex) and a view of the ocean (means you see some water) from a spacious balcony (can fit up to 5 people comfortably). A quaint property (older Galveston complex in need of updating) that charges a nominal parking/facility fee separate from my rental fee ($35 for 2 spaces for up to 14 days or $70 for the month). The condo is near the heart of the city with several restaurants nearby and proximity to various Galveston activities.

Minimum amenities in my place: • Standard fridge/freezer • microwave • dishwasher •2 burner cooktop • toaster oven (please note we do not have an oven) • coffee maker (filters, creamer, and sugar packets) • Keurig and a few choices • Blender • 2 small pots w/ lids • 1 large pot w/ lid • 2 bowls (one small and one medium-sized) • Small (maybe 10") skillet • Scissors • Silverware (8 forks, 8 spoons, 8 butter knives) • A few steak/cutting knives • kitchen utensil kit (spatula, pasta spoon, can opener, tongs, plastic spoons, ladle) • Cutting board • Trash can w/ a trash bags • dish soap • dishwashing tablets • dish towels • 4 rolls of paper towels • cleaning supplies • 4 beach towels • 4 coffee mugs • 8 dinner plates •8 bowls •6 glass cups • Iron & ironing board (in the bedroom closet)
• 4 pillows on queen bed and 2 pillows on each bunk bed • 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 8 washcloths • 1 hair blow dryer • 2 bars of soap • Toilet brush & plunger •few beach toys •chairs •books •games • cable tv

Amenities at complex: • 2 pools • 2 hot tubs • picnic areas • credit card washing machine and dryers on each floor
