Our property is located just a few steps from Broadwalk Hollywood Beach.
Enjoy the beautiful beach and amenities we have to offer!
It is suitable for families traveling with children, as well as couples who are looking for a nice getaway. We are happy to give local recommendations and tips.

- Beachfront Hotel Condo, with 5-star hotel amenities, infinity Rooftop Pool & Jacuzzi.

- Amazing sunsets from the Rooftop deck, which has a Lounge Bar with food and cocktails.

- Beach chairs & towels are provided.

- Steps from Hollywood Broadwalk, which features different cuisines, bars and pubs.

- Room features fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and coffee machine.

- We offer ice bucket.

- Extra sanitizing measures in place.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you wish to check-in and/or check-out earlier and/or later, please inquire when booking.

IMPORTANT (please read):
- Please note we have a strong non-smoking policy.

- Resort fee is required upon check-in on site.
For stays less than 30 days, the fee is $35 per day/room.
For stays longer than 30 days, the fee is $12 per day/room.

- A one-time registration fee in the amount of $50 will be charged by the hotel, for every reservation.

- Valet Parking is available for $40/night. Other parking options include regular city street parking.
We recommend purchasing a City of Hollywood parking pass, which can save you a lot on parking.

- The paintings in the room are available for sale, if interested please inquire in private message.
It is painted by renowned artist Tadeo Zavaleta who originates Peru.

- Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 7.7miles away, which is a 10 minutes drive from the property.

- Miami International Airport (MIA) is about 23 miles away, which is a 28-35 minutes drive from the property.

It starts with front desk- Just Plain awful! Your Supervisor is terrible, we were told Manager was on vacation. Could be the problem if this hotel only had 1 Manager. They people working at front desk clearly have communication issues with guests. People were lined up complaining, keys didn’t work in elevator all your hidden fees that come at checkout- we recommend this hotel too friends who came with us and they have 2 different bills , they were charged $100 to check into there hotel room that was ready ! Supervisor at desk told them 4:00 was check in not noon which is crap. We used Vrbo thank god but room did not fit discription. We stayed there last year and Costa was different . It’s unfortunate cause we love Hollywood beach !

The rooms are connected to the adjacent rooms and you can literally hear every single noise that is made from next door. I heard some very inappropriate noises and it was a complete turn off to that particular room rental.
