Bring the whole family to this spacious 6 br 3 bath home with lots of extras. It has front and back patios with comfy seating to watch those big sky sunsets! It has a living room, dining room, a custom banquette and mud room. The family room has a sectional that fits the entire family, a large tv, and a ping pong table with a bench for watching. Downstairs also has a great bunk room with four full beds so there is plenty of space for everyone! There is also a great kitchen with two dishwashers, a 10’ island and walk in pantry. The master bath has a 72” stand alone tub with its very own tv! The basement also has a kitchenette and a large empty room that was once a workout room so the kids have space to play.

Excellent experience as always

Our second stay at the property was fantastic just like the first. Everything was extremely clean neat and there were numerous amenities beyond those in the listing. I’m sure we’ll be back.

A home away from home

Spacious and comfortable for the 14 of us! All the cousins loved the bunk room too! The ping pong table game closet and large areas for all of us to be together were super too. We Appreciated having spices, more than two extra garbages bags, paper towels, and an easy checkout process. Your property provided us with a great family experience.... a home away from home!

Great for family gatherings

It was a great place for large gatherings with family. The master bathroom is absolutely wonderful! The property feels like home. It was the best one that we have stayed in that more amenities.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly what we needed. There were six adults and two kids, and this house had plenty of space for everyone to have personal space as well as enough seating for all of us to come together. Things to make note of: The house has lots of down pillows, so if you have allergies like most of my family, make sure to switch them out for the extra pillows. The water heater struggled to have warm water for all the morning showers.

Excellent family gathering in Billings, MT

Very clean, nice layout and in a nice neighborhood. Communication with owners was easy and amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit family in Billings.

Host: Kimberly Wynia

We are a husband and wife team. We met while attending Billings West High School and we have loved raising our family here in Montana. We designed this home from the ground up and were even our own contractors! But as our kids started leaving home this house felt too big so we thought we would try turning it into a short term rental. We immediately fell in love with hosting and have loved being able to share this space with so many people! We are currently in the midst of a whole home remodel that we hope to be able to also host guests in someday.

This neighborhood was a no brainer for us. We love the walking paths, parks, larger lots, and the many beautiful custom homes. Out favorite thing about the neighborhood is the topography! It doesn't feel like someone just took a field and decided to build houses in it.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

As an interior designer I like to think that it is the design of the home that makes this property stand out. The floor plan has a great flow to it with just enough space for everyone but doesn't feel sterile. The finishes are high end and well thought out. There is custom drapery throughout the home, comfortable high-end furniture, great accessories and art- this house was a fun way to get to design something for myself rather than a client and I love the way that it came together.
