The apartment includes a private entrance with private sitting porch (boot scraper, exterior hose, and black towels for boot wiping), a large bedroom with a King size bed ( New Zinus 12in Memory Foam King Mattress), ample closet space, fully stocked kitchen with dining space that opens to living area complete with easy working gas fireplace, hardwood floors, a spacious bathroom with large shower heads, and full size tub. Private off street parking (driveway is large enough to fit two F350’s side by side) and HIGH SPEED WiFi. Quiet historic neighborhood with easy access to highway. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor area. We provide Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Sling TV (NFL Redzone), and Local Channels.

The home is just down the street from bakeries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, The Bottle Shop, and a historic movie Cinema which always has the latest movies. Just at the end of our street is a local nature park complete with trails and water streams with easy access. Around the corner is the local Fine Arts Theatre as well as one of the worlds oldest privately owned libraries. ONLY 20 MINUTES to the Tryon International Equestrian Center! 45 minutes to downtown Asheville, NC and 45 minutes to downtown Greenville, SC. We are also across the street from a beautiful neighborhood park for you the relax in the shade. Please note that there is a separate apartment above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is not connected to other apartment from inside.
