Mid-Century Escape

Our mid-century modern house is a 3 BR/2 BA property with lots of privacy including a private pool. It's very centrally located and driving distance to all you could want in the Palm Desert including the famous El Paseo shopping and dining area. Ideal for families with a short drive to the Living Desert Zoo, or for shopping excursions to the El Paseo, museums, and art galleries. Sleeps 10 people: 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 4 twins, & one pullout new sleeper sofa).

Classic Mid-Century design, one of the reasons that thousands of people flock to the Greater Palm Springs area every year, is here for you to enjoy with friends and family. Come discover the fabulous museums and world-class dining the desert has to offer!

The property offers gorgeous views of mountains and serene privacy. The house’s spacious living space paired with an incredible oasis of a yard complete with private pool, putting green and beautiful views. You will feel like you are far away from it all in your own desert escape.

The house is outfitted with plush and comfortable high-quality furniture with earth tones and natural granite accents that come together to provide a relaxing environment for your enjoyment. The desert decor is complemented by modern technology complete with large screen TV located in the main living room to provide a theater-like entertainment experience. Off the kitchen is a pantry with an additional space for remote work or distance learning.

The bedrooms are generously sized and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom has its own en-suite newly remodeled bathroom and a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is a cozy setup with bunk beds with 4 twin beds and a desk for work or distance learning!
These rooms utilize the newly remodeled second full bathroom with tub.

The outdoor living space is fully outfitted with plenty of outdoor seating, full-sized gas barbecue grill, covered patio with dining, covered couch seating with fire pit, and lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool and a putting green to catch up on your golf skills.

(High Speed WiFi up to 400MB down and two desk spaces for remote work or distance learning!)

Close to everything you could want near the El Paseo shopping and dining area, with private pool, putting green, privacy and views.

POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE DURING THE COOL MONTHS: October-February $65/day, March-May $50/day

Perfect for Family Vacation

This property is very well setup for a family with kids. It is also very well stocked with all the basics and more. The backyard pool and putting green were big hits. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay close to everything you could need. Mitchell was a great host.

Beautiful home and location.

I enjoyed every part of my 28 day vacation in this clean, well equipped home. I started out on my own for the first two weeks and enjoyed the pool and outdoor setting and just doing whatever i wanted. It was set up with everything to relax and just enjoy. My daughter and oldest grandson joined me for a week and really had a great time. The last week two girlfriends came and stayed. We had a great time.My place was so close to so many great places to eat, shop, sightsee and just enjoy the beauty of the entire Palm Springs area. Thank you Mitch for making my stay so special.

Mitch and Geni are passionate about all things mid-century modern so much so that they have multiple mid-century properties in Southern California. Geni has a passion for interior design & decorating which you can clearly see in this home. Mitch, an avid golfer, has been visiting the Palm Springs area for over 25 years. They are the perfect Palm Desert hosts.

Mid Century style has always been rooted in us and Coachella Valley was a get away we frequented every month or so. We finally decided to buy a second home here and have never regretted that decision since. This home has so much charm and warmth. It's hard to describe but once we arrive you just feel relaxed and that's what we want for our guests!

This is truly our second home vs a rental investment that we also love to enjoy with our family. It has every single amenity you'd expect to have in your own home as we use it frequently.
