Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM - this space is below a family residence, so noises travel easily and we ask you be respectful of that.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the apartment, nor burning of sage, incense or oils. There will be a cleaning fee for violating this policy.
We welcome two or fewer small or medium dogs (<50 lbs), no puppies. All pets must be housebroken, current on all vaccinations, and must never be left alone in the apartment. No dogs who mark/spray. No chewers. Any damage from the pet will be billed to the owner.
