Best location, 100% stocked, pet, clean & quiet

You need to bring nothing but your family & pet to this FULLY STOCKED home just 3.6 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in LQ, 10 miles to Desert International Horse Park, 5 miles to Coachella & Stagecoach Festivals, and just one block from all shopping needs! Homeowner is temporarily vacating and sharing everything! Contact me for special pricing on shortened stays. Kit is equipped w/every possible appliance, spices, food basics from a gourmet cook. Very comfortable gathering spaces indoors & out. Games, puzzles, books, fast WIFI! Truly, you can't want for anything more. Home away from home!

There are 3 bedrooms; the master is separated from the other two bedrooms. PLUS, there is an office area with a Murphy bed and curtains which give some privacy for a pseudo 4th bedroom. There is a trundle bed off of one of the double beds and a fold out twin ottoman in the living room. Mattresses & linens are high-quality and very comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room. Entire home is almost 1800 sqft so there is plenty of room.

Spa is Aqua Finesse, so easy on the skin...

Lots of outdoor seating around the firepit and dining table. There is a leaf for the kitchen table (not shown), and 3 stools for informal dining at the breakfast bar.

There are bicycles - not new, but fun to tool around on nonetheless. Terrain is flat so riding is easy. Or you may prefer to rent bikes with motors. It is an easy 3.6 flat ride to the Tennis Gardens. The ping pong table in the photos is no longer with us so please disregard.

There is a $200/month utility cap. Since my annual bill averaged $185/month and is less than $100 for these months (Oct - April), this should be more than adequate.

Lots of easy walking... Hiking trails less than 5 miles at the San Jacinto National Monument Park of 220,000 acres. It's just a very lovely place and I am sure you'll be very happy with your choice! Contact me for discounts & details.

Chris’ home was very comfortable and spacious. I work remotely, so the large desk space was perfect. The dogs enjoyed the fully fenced yard and patch of turf. It’s a great, quiet neighborhood for walking the dogs. We had everything we needed for the month we were there. Chris was very quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Would definitely recommend her place!

Questa casa vacanze si trova a La Quinta e vanta una posizione strategica nel centro della città e in montagna. Zoo e giardini Living Desert e Riverside County Fairgrounds sono due delle principali attrazioni della zona. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, è d'obbligo una tappa a One-Eleven La Quinta Centre e Old Town La Quinta . Sei in cerca di eventi sportivi o spettacoli a cui assistere? Indian Wells Tennis Garden e Acrisure Arena potrebbero avere in programma qualcosa di interessante. Great Location….great host!!

Chris was amazing to deal with, the home is well laid out and has all the items you could possibly need during your stay. The master bed was amazingly comfortable!!! And the hot tub an added bonus! Any small issue or questions she was quick to get a resolution!! Very enjoyable experience in this lovely home!

This is a quiet, residential neighborhood with an HOA that enforces quiet time. NO PARTIES. Looking for someone who wants to enjoy all that our lovely, sunny Coachella Valley has to offer and will respect that this is a functioning home with art and many personal items for your enjoyment. Absolutely no smoking, which would void your security deposit. The entire courtyard is gated and private with bougainvillea hedges and there is a gated pet run, but my dog would be completely offended if I tried to put her in it in the back of the house. :-) There are also two doggie doors allowing your pup to go from the yard to the house on her own, if you permit access.

30 days is required by HOA, but as you will note, even if you choose to leave early, the price is so reasonable you can justify it for even a two week stay. Booking does not have to start on the first of the month, but is much preferred.

We make every accommodation to make your stay pleasant and stress-free. You deserve no less!

I've thought about this a lot. Our home is COMFORTABLE. You will instantly feel at home and will not be frustrated going without whatever it is you left at home or a dollar store spatula. My last guests said (well-to-doers who have very high expectations): "The bed was remarkably comfortable. We enjoyed living here." Other homes may be trendier, but be wary that style is not always comfortable. (Think my new pair of high heels.)

It's very convenient to everything. And, of course, you'll have the most available, accommodating host!
