Each guest room is meant to be a wonderful standalone experience with top of the line appliances, en-suite full bathrooms and generous closet space, along with the following unique enhancements:

- Coffee cups and accessories in Master
- HD 4K TV with DirecTV Streaming Package w.DVR
- Netflix, ROKU available with your personal login
- Ethernet, HDMI, and AC power available for tv accessory use
- Phone and USB-C charging cables at ea. nightstand
- Stream music from your phone using Google assistant to the TV or wifi speaker

The main living area features:
- A coffee station with a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of Coffee and Espresso pods, along with a standalone drip coffee machine.
- Counter top air frying toaster oven for easy cooking of smaller meals and pizzas.
- The island features a farm sink, and USB ports. Standard cleaning supplies are located under the sink
- 82" Samsumg QLED Smart TV with DirecTV Streaming Package w.DVR
- Netflix, ROKU available with your personal login
- Ethernet, HDMI, and AC power available for tv accessory use (bring your XBox or Roku stick)
- Denon AVR 750 Dolby Atmos surround amplifier
- Klipsch Dolby Atmos Cinema Speaker system (this system is incredible for watching sports and movies alike)
- A full office setup off the living room with a 34" Wide screen UHD monitor, cables and AC power, USB charging ports, and a Brother Wireless multifunction printer for printing, scanning, and copying. Just bring your laptop.

Full Laundry facilities with starter detergent, scent beads, and sanitizing add ins.

Full linen service with top of the line sheets and towels. Change out service available upon request for an additional fee.

Wifi service is fiber to the building and a very speedy 200MB/s+ up and down with 4-5ms latency. PLEASE NOTE: cell service from all carriers is limited here, you'll want to be sure to login into wifi immediately upon arrival, and make sure wifi calling is enabled on all your voice devices.

Plenty of storage for your ski/boarding equipment in the garage where it will stay 50 deg + typically overnight. Plenty of room to keep your boots and gloves warm in the main hallway downstairs during the night as well.

Sleeps 8 plus 1-2 children under 3. In addition to the 2xQueen and 1xKing bed, there is a futon and 2 x twin airmatresses

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Heber City e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Park City Mountain Resort e Deer Valley Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Anche Sitka Super Park e City Park meritano una visita. Great ski home base

Perfect stay for our family’s first ski trip. Convenient to mountain, space to spread out, and a fun playground next to the place. Highly recommended.

Comfortable & clean

Our family of 4 was quite comfortable in Pete’s place. The ensuite setup gave everyone a private space. Great kitchen area and large dining table where we played games every night. The easy access garage was a plus as we had snow or rain every day. We also enjoyed sampling the generous nespresso bar. Would definitely consider Pete’s place again.

Great Location

Totally loved the townhome. My family had plenty of room to spread out. Nice big dining room table to play games . TV s in all the rooms and big one in living room. I would definitely come back.

Amazing spot with everything you need!

A group of friends just stayed here for a ski weekend, we had such an amazing time! The house had everything we need with amazing and thoughtful touches - make up wipes in the bathrooms, phone chargers and espresso machines in the bedrooms… kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts were so communicative and helpful, making sure we got in okay and had everything we needed. The house is about 12 minutes from the main drag of park city. We skied park city resort (about 15 min away) and Alta resort about 45 minutes away. Great spot perfect for a group of friends or family! We hope to come back soon.

Location! This is a wonderful property just 10 minutes from Deer Valley and Park City Mountain ski areas. As a 3 year old property, it has many amenities and quality of construction that are missing in older properties in town. Our partner performs a detailed inspection after every guest using our detailed inspection criteria to make sure guests enjoy a trouble free stay. Part of the inspection process includes confirmation of all the cleaning steps being done. Our cleaning crews are super detail oriented and use our 134 point cleaning checklist specifically developed for this property to make sure all the little things are just right.
