My family and I wanted somewhere to adventure, explore and create life long memories. We purchased this home last year and use it when we can find the time; when we cant find the time we're happy to share it so other families can take advantage of everything Utah has to offer and create their own Memories.
We are from Southern California and love to explore. From the mountains, to the beaches, to the desert...we try to get out there as much as possible and this property has it all (except the beaches)...

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
This property is close to so much: Brian Head for skiing/snow boarding, National Parks/Monuments for exploring and hiking (Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, Grand Staircase, Escalante, Cedar Breaks, etc...) It had everything we were looking for in a vacation home with Summer and winter activities galore. Whatever your into it's probably close by (motorcycle riding, side by side, and snow mobile trails; Fishing, hiking, exploring, skiing, snowboarding, etc...to name a few)
The property is remote, yet only 45 minutes to Cedar City and an hour and a half to St. George. There is plenty of room for family and friends, the 2.5 acres are great to buffer the neighbors, local lakes are great for fishing, local trails are great for exploring, and the house is great to just relax and enjoy the Dixie National Forest and the wildlife the cruises around...
