Refrigerator didn’t work. No Wi-Fi worked. Cable bill not paid. Dirty sheets on all beds.

Very unhappy with management. Owner and manager knew fridge wasn’t working and didn’t let us know. We bought groceries and their advise was to go buy coolers and ice. No Wi-Fi or cable. Manager did not care to help about any issues.

Hello Zoila, Destination Big Bear is very shocked with your review. I took a look at your reservation and we never received a message requesting our help on the fridge. We have auditors and the cleaners report the status of the home before and after reservations and the fridge has not been an issue. We also had two reservations after your stay and had no complaint. In our policies, we also ask you to report if anything is dirty or if you have any other issues so we can go address and didn't hear from you until this review. The cleaner of this home is very detailed and careful but we will bring your review to their attention. Also, this homeowner cares very much for their home and we usually do not receive bad feedback. Amazing Home!

We stayed here to celebrate our dada 80th birthday and it made our weekend truly amazing. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you can ask for and amazing views. We loved everything about this home and will be returning as part of our family vacations.
