Just an hour and 20 minutes from Denver, this 2BR/3BA mountain gem is located on Main Street, the ideal location within walking distance to summer concerts, playground, shopping, art festivals, restaurants, bike/ski rental, sledding, walks alongside the river or to the market. Biking and snow hiking trails are just outside your door! The local shuttle stops across the street to whisk you away to the slopes within five minutes.

After a day of adventure, relax in your mountain cozy condo, overlooking Winter Park. Enjoy serene mountain views and fresh alpine air on the private balcony with bistro seating. Or, curl up with hot chocolate on the sectional sofa and watch movies in front of a sizzling fire. Adjacent to the main living area, the dining room and kitchen are on an elevated level in this open floor plan and offer a large table and kitchen bar seating for everyone. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped to wine and dine your friends on the balcony for happy hour with a new wine fridge! For families, serve meals or play games at the table while the sun sets. The new kitchen has plenty of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and a modern feel.

This two-story condo sleeps six guests between two lower-level bedrooms, each with a TV. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest suite has a full-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. An additional bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Community amenities at Crestview Place Condominiums include complimentary Wi-Fi and an on-site laundry facility.

Conveniently nestled in a complex on Main Street, this centrally located condo is a short walk to the town park and amphitheater. Stroll to charming local shops and restaurants in downtown Winter Park. Winter Park Resort and Community Center are three miles away. Catch a ride on the complimentary local shuttle to over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain. In the warmer months, hit the trails at Trestle Bike Park. Family-friendly attractions nearby include Colorado Adventure Park and Fraser Tubing Hill -- both within a 10-minute drive.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place

Great Location, Great Condo, Warm, Cozy,
The location is great, so convenient to everything. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops. The unit is well stocked and supplies. Decor is fun yet so warm and cozy. Would highly recommend to stay at this condo.

Great stay, broken amenities
The place is fantastic. Great location, comfortably slept our group and had all the basic cooking supplies needed. Only downfall is that the hot tub was broken for our entire stay. Having a hot tub after a long day on the mountain is a major reason we booked this place. Only other feedback I can give is that there was zero response from the listing agent when we attempted to contact them about check in questions and any applicable refunds for the unavailable amenities. Overall would recommend this property even with the hiccups

Easy Access to Winter Park
The location of the condo was great for our group. It was close to restaurants and shops, but still only 5-10 minutes to the mountain. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Worth noting: the clearance in the parking deck is fairly low, so be careful with larger vehicles and/or ski racks.

This was a wonderful property, close to bars/restaurants, clean, spacious. The heaters work! And they do get hot-as other commenters have mentioned. The fridge is a bit wonky placement, with some of the cabinet drawers not opening unless fridge door is open. Not a big deal to any of us, but wanted to share. The town itself canceled activities due to weather and many places shut down 9/10pm on NYE, which was a bummer. Parking wasnt an issue (underground). Recommend and would book again!
