Enjoy this spacious apartment located at Tides Condominium in Hollywood, an Oceanfront resort-like condominium ideal for vacation rentals.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom with two queen size beds. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Integrated dining and living room with a sofa bed accommodating up to two passengers for a maximum capacity of 4 guests total. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a full meal. The unit is located on the ground floor and has a sliding door in the living room leading into a private patio.
Washer & dryer on every floor accessible with a prepaid washer card.

Tides condominium offers resort style amenities with an ocean front pool and a gym. Business center and cafe with groceries available.

Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :

$75 Weekly
$100 bi-weekly
$125 three weeks
$150 four weeks

FOB KEY

Great location!

5 star for everything except the check-in/check-out. Two different buildings, and you have to migrate through the South building maintenance areas (this apt. listing is in North Tower, 1B) to find a sequestered office area. Staff are helpful but rules make interactions with them strained. The apt. is beautiful, appropriately stocked, and well maintained. Overall, a good experience, just be aware of the additional challenges re: check-in, recent parking charge increases and fob charges.

Find another unit at this property.

Where to start. No shower curtain, kitchen soap or operational television remote at check-in. The stove wasn’t working but once we messed with it a bit we were able to get 2 of the burners working. We killed 2 cockroaches in our unit. There were springs poking out of the side of the mattress that I scratched myself on getting out of bed. There were tiny ants crawling all over the countertops in the kitchen. The patio furniture is junk and rusted out. Generally rough around the edges and uncomfortable for me and my family. The door rattles every time someone accesses the pool entrance at the end of the hall - to the point it wakes you if your sleeping in the living room. Property customer service was slow to respond. The location is just okay - nice to be on the beach with a pool but not walkable to anything other than a 7-11. The check-in process was confusing and a little sketchy.
