This incredible newly furnished home is perfectly located on the Newport Beach boardwalk, a short walk to the Newport Beach Pier, Blackie's Surf Spot, and a whole host of shops, restaurants, and parks. The rooftop deck features amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, where on a clear day you can see Rancho Palos Verdes, the Newport Pier, the Balboa Pier, and Catalina Island! This private deck has a grill and a dining table with other chairs so the entire family can relax together. This is truly a unique gem.

As you enter this dog-friendly retreat up the first flight of stairs, the beautiful second-story living room offers breathtaking ocean views through telescopic glass doors. The balcony has seating for two, where you can watch an incredible sunset, enjoy the ocean breeze, or people-watch. The living room features a TV, recessed lighting, and a Juliette balcony. The fireplace in this room has a remote and also a touch screen for your convenience. Stepping into the beautiful newly furnished kitchen, you will see stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a pantry, and wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean. Gather together at the dining table, while the kitchen counter offers additional seating.

Going up the next flight of stairs, you will find a guest bedroom with a California king bed, TV, and access to the guest bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and a custom en suite bathroom with dual sinks, built-in shelves, and a large standalone shower.

Up the next flight of stairs will land you on the spectacular rooftop deck and the third bedroom which is an incredible space to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The huge skylight and sliding glass door let in natural light, with direct access to the rooftop deck. The room also features a TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Restaurants are currently using the public parking lot in front of the home for outdoor dining.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
The fireplace requires adult supervision at all times.
There is a large step into two of the standalone showers.
This home features steep stairs, and may not be suitable for everyone. The rooftop deck and twin trundle room are accessed only by the staircase from the second floor to the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck then leads to the third bedroom. The rooftop deck is uncovered.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Spring Break
Property was ok. The room with the twin bed has a trundle bed but when you pull it out it takes up the entire floor print of the room. The utensils in the kitchen were subpar. A small coffee pot that only brews 4 cups! But don't worry, I bought a full size pot and left it. I also had to buy a small nonstick frying pan as the ones in the unit were unusable. We needed more toilet paper and they did not provide so we had to buy our own. For the most part the unit was clean, but the floors were yucky. The garage is also unique in that you can only park a small car in it so if you have an SUV you have to pay for public parking which is hard to find and so you have to figure that into your budget. I "think" I would book this unit again but only because of the location! And I would bring extra toilet paper and Clorox wipes!

The house is in a lovely place over looking the beach, with plenty to do and see!! Lovely bars & places to eat. Unfortunately we did find a few things that required attention- the windows that should have opened fully into the living room were broken, I understand the party before us took them out completely and damaged them, the door also didn’t lock… the fridge didn’t chill food / drinks, we ended up putting them in the freezer for a while & then back in the fridge… the cooker hobs were constantly clicking when you wanted to use them, only one at the front worked…a socket in the living room was damaged & couldn’t be used,,,the counter tops were cracked…the flooring was damaged in the living room in various places…the top room with the small pull out bed had dodgy wheels & one was missing!!,,,the roof top light didn't work & the canopy was damaged so couldn’t be used…a couple of cushions in the living area were dirty & torn. We did report them and were told we’d get a phone call. I gave my American friends number so they could make contact but we didn’t get a call back. These are only small things that require a little attention & it wouldn’t stop us visiting the area again. I would like to say that the cleaning company were very helpful when we first arrived.

Property was in Great Condition. Can not ask for a Better Location, steps from the Beach and Resultant/Shopping Row. Only negative (if you want to call it negative) is the sounds of a “Good Time” from the Bar/Restaurant patrons leaving or bar hoping during the evening 🤣. We Celebrated a Birthday during our stay. Property Management Company had Great Communication before, during, and after the our stay. Overall Great Experience, we will definitely visit property again in the future.
