This incredible newly furnished home is perfectly located on the Newport Beach boardwalk, a short walk to the Newport Beach Pier, Blackie's Surf Spot, and a whole host of shops, restaurants, and parks.

As you enter through the front double doors, you'll find yourself in the spacious open living and dining area. Enjoy the ocean breeze, the incredible sunsets, and the people watching. The living room features a ceiling fan, large TV, and a breathtaking ocean view. There is ample seating between the dining area and the kitchen counter. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a glass-top stove to meet all of your culinary needs! A propane grill on the front porch allows you to enjoy the sea breezes while cooking for the family. There is even an air-conditioning unit on the kitchen window for your comfort.

Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan, large TV, and access to the full guest bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a double sofa bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom, with dual sinks and a standalone shower. Back down the hall, you will see the washer/dryer.

Please note that another rental, Newport Beach Pier View II is located upstairs with a private rooftop deck and is also available to book.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Clean and Great Placement

Great layout and access
The two bedrooms & bathrooms were very good size. The master bedroom closet is enormous. I found the bed to be soft and cozy but my dad thought a little too soft. The couch we a little hard (probably a pull out bed) and could have used a couple of decorative pillows and a blanket to relax. Not a game changer. The garage is open (no door) and while it's deep, it's shallow (5' 7" tall) so be aware with your vehicle. There is no bike locks in the garage. The access is at the beachside front door - no side door - so I would recommend parking at the front parking space to unload/load, and then move your vehicle to the garage. They have a lot in the kitchen to cook and be at ease. Nearby restaurants start about 20 steps away - we love the Fly n Fish Oyster Bar. It is noisy when people are upstairs and moving around. There is a lot of walk by traffic so expect a few people to stop by and say hi if you are hanging out on the patio.

If you are looking to have a fun weekend with adult friends, this is the vibe, bars and restaurants really close and nice short walk to the water!

Unit A, Ground Floor
I always like to start with the positives. Location Clean Great place for people watching/socializing. Main thoroughfare is in front of unit. MANY people walking, running, skating, riding bikes etc. Most necessities are provided Garage (if your car can fit) Nice sized bedrooms Large shower in Main bedroom. Not deal breakers, but... 2-inch? difference at entrance. Trip hazard! Very dark inside! Heater vents top floor only (upstairs hot, downstairs cold) Elec. fireplace non-operational. (Would have helped to heat downstairs) No downstairs bathroom. Faint odor downstairs. (Maybe plumbing?) Furniture uncomfortable (please get an ottoman) Old lock on entrance door. Hard to open from outside. Next to a commercial district (hotel, bars, restaurants etc. very busy) Negatives (Deal Breakers!) 2 unit home. (single was implied) Inaccurate pictures. It appears that stairs are leading up to a bedroom with balcony overlooking the ocean. NOT! Different furniture is shown. Not light and airy. Smaller more square than rectangle. You can hear everything going on upstairs. (foot steps, furniture moving, dog(s) barking/running, etc. Very little relaxation/sleep because of this) Very busy public parking area in front of unit. (Only can see ocean through the cars) If you are looking for a single family home that provides a quite relaxing time with spectacular views of the ocean, this property is not for you.
