The beautiful and newly renovated apartments and studios at Sunset Place Apartments are the perfect getaway in the optimum location just few blocks away from the beach, fine dining and all the action of Pompano Beach.
The apartments and studios have a minimalistic design with a unique distribution and comfort, plus all the necessary amenities including a full kitchen that will guarantee the experience of your life.
The space
The apartments and studios at Sunset Garden Place Apartments have a minimalistic design with a unique distribution and comfort, plus all the necessary amenities.
This apartment has:
1 master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a bathroom inside the room.
1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a bathroom next to the room.
1 queen size sofa bed at the living room.
1 dining table for 6 guests.
Extra Amenities:
* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self-Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* COMMON AREA LAUNDRY ROOM from 4pm to 9am.
* FULL KITCHEN with stainless-steel refrigerator, regular coffee maker, flat range stove with oven, built-in microwave, large stainless-steel sink, sufficient dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in the kitchen for maximum occupancy.
* BABY CRIB (FEE $15 PER STAY)
* BATH TOWELS, HAND TOWELS, FACE TOWELS, POOL TOWELS & LINENS
* HAIR DRYER

Self-Check In is available any time after 3PM. The keypad lock combination will be provided at 12pm the same day of your arrival date and after the previous guests have checked out.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK IN AND A LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL THE SAME DAY. We need enough time to clean the apartment following the Covid-19 Cleaning Guidelines so please send your inquiry the same day to check the availability.
* In order to make a reservation, you must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID.

3. We also kindly ask you to remove the garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters located on the side of the property.
4. DO not leave any open containers with food.
5. DO not leave dirty dishes.

Great time in Pompano Beach

This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet location one block from the beach. Nice pool area. Property owner was very responsive. Perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely return to this location.

Great location w/ room for improvement

Pros - location is great, walk to the beach, pier, lots of restaurant options; great value property for the area; plenty of parking and pool was nice. Cons - minimally furnished (furnishings were pretty worn down), minimal kitchen supplies, bring your own trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper; we had issues with the cleanliness of our unit (previous guest left hair stuck to the bathroom wall, hair on some of the towels and sheets although we could tell they had been washed); only one pillow and no blanket for the pull out couch but listing says it accommodates 6 guests. I didn’t bother notifying the host as we only stayed two nights so it likely would have been handled had I reported it. Also, both bedrooms have windows that face a well-lit parking garage so the rooms stayed bright all night. Really needs some sort of black out shade rather than blinds but that may not bother some people. If you need a budget option in a great location it does the job.
