Tired of the snow? Come thaw out at the Heavenly Hideaway in sunny Peoria, Arizona. The Heavenly Hideaway is located in a quiet, safe, gated community near the awesome P83 Entertainment District which has numerous restaurants, a movie theater and shopping within a five minute drive. Westgate, State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, Desert Diamond Casino and spring training at the Peoria Sports Complex are also nearby. This community has two pools, two spas, two dog parks, and a small basketball court. Community pools are NOT heated or chilled but hot tubs are nice and hot! Skunk Creek trailhead is located behind the community and is perfect for biking, walking and jogging.

This professionally decorated 1600sqft townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom is downstairs and has a comfy King sized bed, walk-in custom closet, ensuite and a 32" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney and Hulu Live. There are also two more bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds and 32" Smart TVs. A living room area with lots of seating and a 50" Smart TV. Galley style kitchenis fully stocked with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cooking utensils you need! Laundry room inside the unit has a washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided. Dining room with seating for 6. Relaxing loft area with a comfy oversized chair is the perfect reading nook. Private backyard has an eating area with cafe lights. Perfect for dinner and drinks outside in the beautiful weather. Lush green winter grass. Self controlled central heat/AC. Two parking spaces inside the garage and two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. Housebroken, well behaved pets welcome. Dog door available upon request.

Another amazing stay

This property has felt like a home away from home. For the second straight year, Al and Terrye kindly invited me back and made the space feel so welcoming. It's fully stocked with every cleaning and kitchen supply you could imagine, is squeaky clean, widely spacious and safely tucked within a gated neighborhood. Moreover, their communication leading up to and throughout my lengthy stay was seamless and speedy. Hoping to once again return for my annual trip to Peoria!

An amazing experience with amazing hosts

Terrye and Al could not have been better hosts. The listing was as advertised, but the amenities were above and beyond. The place was absolutely stocked with every essential household item and more, differentiating this listing from other standard home rentals. The hosts were also incredibly communicative and their response time was rapid. The beds were very comfy, the living space very hospitable. Will definitely be returning!

Family Vacation

The hosts were excellent in regard to hospitality and keeping in touch with us, even checking in to see if we had any questions. They provided great amenities, a welcome book, and worked with us on the times for checking in and checking out.

Peoria VRBO Property

Every thing was nice and the hosts were accommodating. There were issues with the living room TV that they corrected. I do think the welcome book needs to have more detail on some items. The issues with the TV were because it is not a smart TV and the others ones are. There was also an issue of too many devices using the account. None of this is covered in the welcome book. There were plenty of linens, paper products and kitchen supplies. All appliances worked well and our hosts were very nice.
