With ski-in/out access right outside your back door, you and your family have world-class slopes and expansive hiking trails at your fingertips, making this fabulous home the ideal gateway to your mountain adventures.

The Space:
Striking design features, elegant, inviting living areas, cozy bedrooms, and truly incredible outdoor spaces await you in this fabulous mountain home located at the base of Canyons Resort. With ski-in/ski-out access, a fantastic private patio with a hot tub on Hidden Creek, and gorgeous details throughout, this four-bedroom, three-bedroom space truly can’t be missed. Spend your days taking advantage of the world-class slopes or exploring Canyons Village and return home to this home away from home that spares no details when it comes to your comfort.

As you enter this home, you are immediately immersed into its gorgeous setting by the large picture windows in the beautiful living area. Anchored by a stunning stone fireplace, you will find two cushy leather armchairs and a leather couch inviting you to cuddle up and warm up by the fire while you watch the snowfall through the windows or take in a favorite show on the large, flat-screen TV.

A nearby dining area is outfitted with elegant leather chairs with seating for six, where you can dig into a delicious meal or set up a favorite game. Ideally situated next to a convenient pass-through from the kitchen that doubles as a bar with seating for three, you can easily dine or socialize while staying central to the memory-making.

The bright, light-filled kitchen makes for a lovely setting to whip up a favorite recipe and boasts abundant cabinet and counter space, a convenient pass-through/bar for three that connects to the dining area, and nature views from the kitchen sink. Its close proximity to the large dining/living areas helps you stay connected to your loved ones even as you grab a snack or craft your latest culinary creation.

The main floor also boasts two bedrooms, including the stately master bedroom which boasts a plush king-size bed, luxurious leather reading chair, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and access to the fabulous outdoor deck space. The spacious master bathroom has a dedicated makeup/desk area, walk-in closet, roomy single sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo. The toilet and shower/tub combo of the master bathroom also connects to a half bathroom just off of the living/dining/kitchen areas. This clean and charming space can be closed off from the master bathroom and function as a powder bathroom or be opened up to share the shower/tub combo. A second bedroom on the main floor features a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser for storage, and lots of light with lovely nature views making it a lovely resting space when you’re ready to drift off to sleep.

Make your way up the whimsical spiral staircase off of the living and dining areas and find yourself in a dynamic loft space with a deck perfect for fitting in some work, a cozy couch, and views of the downstairs living area. This casual second area makes the most of its space while adding additional lounging and working spaces to this gorgeous home.

The first upstairs bedroom has a tranquil ambiance that makes it your own personal haven where you can unwind and rest up before another day of adventures. Featuring a queen-size bed with cozy, neutral linens, a dresser for storage, and peaceful views of the treetops, you will love relaxing in this restful space. The second bedroom is well-appointed with comfort at the fore with two plush, twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV making it easy to kick back and rest up while taking in a favorite show from the comfort of your bed. With dressers for ample storage and lots of natural light, this room makes for a charming retreat where you can sleep easily.

An upstairs bathroom is conveniently situated in the hall between the loft and bedrooms for easy access and is separated into two rooms, one with a toilet and a fully tiled walk-in shower and the other with a single sink vanity, making it easy for you and your loved ones to wash up and get ready at the same time.

From the living area and master bedroom, you have access to the breathtaking outdoor space, which is situated among mature trees and along Hidden Creek. With a private hot tub, propane BBQ grill, and a dining/lounge area with seating for six, you can melt your cares away as you soak in the hot tub or fire up the grill all while taking in the fresh air and incredible natural beauty that abounds in this true outdoor oasis.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the incredible outdoor patio/deck space, as well as two of the shared, public parking spaces.

The Neighborhood:
This home’s incredible location places you in the heart of Canyons Resort . The unit is close to the main gondola which makes it a short walk to get on the slopes. Take a sleigh ride from Canyons Village, play a few rounds at Canyons Golf, or book a spa treatment at one of the resort spas. Natural beauty abounds in this area, with several parks and hiking trailheads in close proximity and you can also easily explore the nearby Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics.

Getting Around:
Ideally situated between both the Cabriolet Ski Lift and the Frostwood Gondola, this home places you at the heart of Canyons Resort, where you have nearly limitless access to world-class terrain. You can ski out from your back door and follow Frostwood Drive to the base of Canyons Resort or make the 10-minute walk to Canyons Village, where you can explore unique eateries and tour luxurious lodges. You are within a 10-minute drive of both the Utah Olympic Park and Park City’s historic Main Street, where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Park City also offers a FREE transit bus system that connects you with all that this incredible area has to offer, with a stop at the bottom of Canyons Resort Drive just six minutes from your front door. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

As the summer season comes to an end, the pool will close for the season on the day after Labor Day, September 6, 2022.

Please be aware that over the summer, there will be significant siding and roof construction. A sizable HOA construction project is scheduled to take place between May and November. During this time, there may be loud noises and construction debris.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Park City, in Canyons Village at Park City, e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Good location at The Canyons
This home is as advertised and served our group well. We cooked in most nights and enjoyed the ski in/out (a little bit of skis-off hill-climbing needed, but no problem once we did it once). It took a little experimenting to regulate the HVAC to a comfortable temperature in the bedrooms. While we have a few suggestions for the owner, we'd come back to this home on a future trip.

Great place for a Christmas ski vacation
Clean, spacious in a great location for skiing Park City. Super easy to get to Canyons (shuttle or gondolas), and easy enough to catch free transit to Park City. Hot tub was perfect post-skiing each day. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/linens. Loves sitting in the main room with the fireplace on. Hope to stay here again!
