This is ideal for the small family looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the modern life. Only steps away from Rosemary Beach. This property has a 7 night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months.

Rosemary Beach cozy cottage

Great location. Cozy, but has everything you need! WiFi went in and out so may be tough to work from here. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

My two children and I had a great time staying here. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to restaurants made this the perfect location for us. Perfect!

Nice house- could use some basic repairs

The carriage house was great for the 4 of us but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The door needs to be replaced, the exterior pool alarm button needs to fixed (rarely works when pressed), curtains were unclipped and impossible to clip back up. Just needs some overall TLC. Would still recommend as a small getaway location!
