The Space:
Starting at the front door (accessed from alley, then a private driveway) you will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

2 bedrooms, 1 baths, cozy living room, dining room, 2 queens + sofa is available! + AN INCREDIBLE VACATION IN A CRISP & COZY HOME!

Guest Access:
At this convenient modern studio you will be able to enjoy the safety of the studio with lock and key. and with access

Guests will have access to the entire studio unit!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!
(Please note, there is a front apartment unit, they understand stomping and late night noise is not allowed, if you run into any issues with this at all please simply text us and we will see to it this is addressed immediately, although it is in confidence not to be expected.)

The Neighborhood:
When we say experience a local home, we mean it! This two bedroom home is three minutes from the very best Sheridan has to offer,! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the park down the street!

Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter.

If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more!

Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 10 minutes away!

Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 10 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance!

With only a short drive or walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions Sheridan has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own unit. There is an front unit. Please note these are newer construction, so the sound is very minimal from the other unit.

Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises.

No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm.

Cancellation policy strictly enforced.

For parking at this property you may park in behind the unit or on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks.

If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, or you may park it on the street near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors.

Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you!

The street parking is shared with other homes.
