This third-floor oceanfront condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation on the Emerald Coast! Step through the front door to find a sunny, bright living area with lots of comfortable seating and a TV. The bright feeling continues in the well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for preparing snacks or a full meal. You can dine at the fun built-in seating nook or take your meal outside on your private balcony. It’s just steps to the beach, or choose the shared oceanfront pool and, if you feel like cooking alfresco, there’s a shared bbq area as well. At the end of a beach day, step back out on your balcony and listen as the waves lap the shore below.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love Navarre Beach

We had an amazing time! The rental was perfect and exactly what we wanted! It was very clean and had the best ocean views! We will definitely be back!

Some disappointments

Dated home. Outside patio was not cleaned. Two chairs had broken arms. Patio door from the living room didn’t work and had a broken handle. I took pics and sent to the property manager. They offered to change the chairs out since it was just two of us I told them it was ok. We were not contacted for several days about the patio door. We found out it was needing the rollers replaced before the door would work. It couldn’t be fixed because things were on back order. The managing company knew this for about month but didn’t have anything listed about it.

Beach Colony East 3A

We loved the condo and area. The weather was perfect. The condo was nice and clean. There were only minor things thar didn't impeed our vacation at all like the ice maker on the fridge works but won't give ice on the door, and the patio door from livingroom does not have a lock. Nothing major. We had a blast and loved the locals that live there.

Trip was great, the condo no so much

We loved the beach and the pool at this facility, but not much else. Throughout the trip, the elevator was out of service, there are two elevators, but only one was operational. We were only on the 3rd floor, I felt bad for those people on the upper floors. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close, the track was very dirty and needed cleaning and lubricating to ease open and closing. The sliding door to the master did not lock. The cold air return and the air conditioning vent in the living room were filthy. Two of the bifold doors on the closets were off the track and needed fixing. The floors seemed clean, but when some water spilled on the floor and it was wiped up, you could tell they had not been mopped. For a unit that was advertised as "new", things were not being kept up. I know it is an older building, but it was probably a unit that was purchased recently and just newly being used as a rental property. Seems like there is a lot to be done to get a higher rating.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean! Perfect location. We usually prefer being on a higher floor so I was a little concerned with being on the 3rd floor. But oh my, this felt like you were floating right on top of the water! I saw someone say the slider is hard to open, my husband pointed out that if you pull straight back it slides easily. Just make sure you are not pushing up or down on it. Communication was great, easy checkin and we even got a couple of text to check and make sure everything was good!
