This is a row house unit in a brand new construction in the heart of City Park. The neighborhood is quiet, very walkable, and friendly.

Short sweet getaway

We had a night to ourselves and decided to book a night at this awesome condo. It was pretty well stocked, quaint location. Parking was some thing to make sure you have a heads up about, but we managed. Beautiful property, lovely accommodations, plenty of towels and bedding and space. This would be a great stay for a weekend in downtown Denver!

Weekend stay

This was a great property for a quick weekend stay. It was close to Downtown and had plenty of room for 5 of us that stayed. Jules was a great host and checked in with us each day to make sure we had everything we needed.

Graduation

Very efficient and nicely decorated unit... accomodated our group of adults very easily. Billiards table a nice amenity as well as rooftop and hot tub. Kitchen was very nice and had an open floor plan good for gathering.
