Look no further than this recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo with high-speed internet.

Cleanliness has always been our top priority, but it's even more critical now. We implemented our sanitizing measures to offer our guests a safe and healthy place to stay.

This beautiful apartment offers a cozy atmosphere, modern and elegant accents, and central air conditioning. The stunning ocean view from the furnished terrace is perfect for relaxation while watching colorful kites glide in the blue horizon. Cabarete, a blend of Caribbean soul and international flavors, is just a 25-minute drive from Puerto Plata Airport (POP) and a mecca for water sports and outdoor adventures in the Caribbean.

Ocean Point 1 is a peaceful, quiet resort located on Kite Beach, just 1.5 km from the town center. It provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy the sporty vibe of the area. Guests can enjoy the lounge area on their private terrace, which includes a dining table, a sitting area, and a BBQ. They can also watch kite surfers or participate in the action with kite lessons from four kite schools within walking distance of the condo.
The condos' entrances, the door entrance, and the terrace entrance have security cameras to ensure guests' safety.

Electricity usage is not included in the rental price and will be billed separately according to consumption (15 pesos x kwh). Payment must be made in cash at check-out.
