Southwinds L5

We stayed in L5 at Southwinds. The place is beautiful, pictures did not do it justice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Only thing was our air went out on the first day but Craig made the call and had it fixed within a couple of hours. We will most definitely be back to book at this place. If I could give this place and its staff 1 million stars, I would!!! It had all amenities to cook, shower and wash clothes with. We had three teens in the loft and they loved it, plus they had their own shower!! Mine and my fiances room was quiet and cozy!! The whole place was quiet and cozy in general!! We loved it and DID NOT want to come back to Tennessee.

Family Vacation 2023

We stayed here for our family vacation and had a really good time. It truly was like home away from home. The property manager was very responsive to any question I had and the neighbors who actually lived there were very pleasant people. I highly recommend this condo and will try to reserve this place more often. Thanks for the awesome memories!!!

See the beach from the deck

Great location — about 350 steps across Front Beach Street from the door to the water, and we had a good view of the Gulf from the front deck. Compact condo, but has all you need. There were four 17-year-old girls and one set of parents in our group and we had plenty of space. We ate at the condo all but the first night, and found all of the pots, pans, dishes, utensils needed.

Amazing place to stay, I loved that we could see the beach from our unit and the walk was easy to the beach.
