This home is over 115 years old and historic with updated amenities and high ceilings.

You control everything in the home safely with two entrances.

Accessibility to different restaurants and services along with shopping areas. Located right in the heart of Drake University College with just minutes away from beautiful downtown Des Moines.

Check in instructions/codes will be sent within 30 minutes prior to check in
-Check in AFTER 4pm /Check out Before 11am
**If no agreement is made and guest do not follow check in/out rules an additional fee up to daily rate will apply. Host will determine and this is not negotiable.

Note: The rates are suitable for 4 guest. 50$ plus tax per additional guest. Additional fee will be requested upon booking. I can accommodate up to 8 but usually don’t advertise to avoid parties. Gatherings are suitable and a deposit of $250 must be paid.
Due to this being my property and very sentimental to me it is my personal discretion to request the names of the adult guest that would be staying in my home and or provide a picture ID.
No pets unless discussed which would not be allowed. If you are dishonest up to $450 fee includes deposit and extra cleaning. My staff and I are allergic.

For All stays..

I provide a starter kit for guests to facilitate on arrival, I do not replenish things. For other items you might need there is a supermarket/gas stations close by. If you need something that we do not provide and need information of where to get it I'll be happy to help!!
