Take an afternoon to visit Mustang Island State Park -- explore the Mustang Island Paddling Trail, discover five miles of pristine coastline, and bird watch at this stunning locale.

Back at your vacation getaway, the main living area is equipped with a large smart TV and a sofabed while the game room features a foosball table and arcade consoles for some friendly competition. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances, then enjoy the fruits of your labor at the table together. The fenced patio is furnished with its own table and loungers if you or your guests decide to dine alfresco. Savor a crisp beverage on your private balcony as you take in the peekaboo Gulf views. During your stay, be sure to go for refreshing swims in the all-season, heated (to at least 85 degrees Fahrenheit) community pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
