The Marlin Arms is also conveniently located within walking distance of some of South Padre’s most iconic eateries and attractions, including Louie’s Backyard and Gravity Park. Take a dip in the shared pool open year-round, which boasts its own panoramic views of the Laguna Madre Bay. This complex also offers its own private fishing dock and boat slip.

The bright and airy living room is furnished with a sofa and a sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite shows on the 44” cable TV. Granite countertops glisten in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. As dinner simmers on the stovetop, sip on a crisp drink at the kitchen bar with seating. As you arrive, please visit the Vacasa office to retrieve your parking permit and gate key before going to your rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
