Just bring your clothes and come stay in our fully furnished 3 bed, 3 bath with sweeping water views! There is plenty of space to hang out or spread out! Short walk to the water or parks in any direction. Or hop onto one of the bikes to explore the nearby Sunset Lake Park biking trail!

Sip your coffee from the back deck or front porch while watching the Pelicans, Spoon Bills, or Seagulls. Soak in the amazing sea breeze while watching the sunrise/sunset water-filled views the Texas Coast has to offer! Wifi is included to work if you must! Bring the whole family!

The master and ensuite are located on the top floor, with sweeping water views in all directions! The master bath features a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. If you get bored with the views, get caught up on your favorite shows with the 50 in. TV.

The second level has an open concept with the kitchen and easy access to front and back decks for sunrise views! Soak in the sunset while grilling off the back deck! The views are amazing! Catch the game on the 70 in. TV. Two bedrooms, with queen beds and another full bath, are located on this level. There is a pull-out couch in the living room with a full-size bed for a quick nap or extended family guest!

The first level bonus room with a 65 in. TV, mini-fridge, bar top, full bathroom, and washer and dryer. This level leads to the fenced-in backyard and back patio! Perfect for entertaining, game night or just relaxing!

HEB, shopping, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive.

We were very happy with our visit! It was astonishing all that the owners had available for visitors to use. Had I known I would have left everything I packed at home except for my clothing! They were super kind and helpful when we had car problems. Amy was able to give me referrals of who to call for repairs. It was a very nice home and we hope to visit again! Linda and John

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Close to shopping and restaurants. The house has everything you need for an extended stay. It has several areas to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced yard, and the gated front porch! Quiet neighborhood. A park a few blocks from the house, has a nice overlook of the bay and access to the water. We were able to enjoy beach days on the gulf. Port Aransas, Whitecap Beach, Mustang Island, and the Padre Island National Seashore are all within 30-40 miles from the house. Corpus Christi is just a short drive, with lots to do there. If we plan another stay in this area, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again.
