Escape to The Gruene Escape, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home completed in 2021, located within the prestigious Royal Sands beachfront community. This spacious retreat is adorned with coastal touches, including shiplap accents, coastal furnishings, and abundant natural lighting.

Outdoor Oasis:
Relax and unwind in the private in-ground pool, perfect for cooling off on warm Texas days. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for a cozy atmosphere. Centrally located within the community, this home is just a short distance from both the Royal Dunes community pool and the golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach.

First Level Comfort:
The first level features a large entryway with a built-in twin daybed with trundle and two private guest rooms. The 1st guest room includes a queen bed, flat-screen smart TV, and connected access to the hall bath. The 2nd guest room boasts two queen beds, a flat-screen smart TV, a private en suite bath with a custom-tiled shower, and direct access to the backyard and pool area.

Coastal Living on the Second Level:
Ascend the stairs to the heart of the home, featuring a beautiful kitchen with custom-tiled backsplash, open shelving, quartz counters, table island with seating, and stainless appliances. The cozy living room offers a large flat-screen TV with Spectrum cable, surrounded by two sofas and a comfortable chair with an ottoman.

Dining and Deck Views:
The dining area showcases a coastal table and a convenient coffee bar with a beverage cooler. Access the spacious covered deck from this area, featuring colorful polywood chairs where you can enjoy views of the pool while relaxing in the shade.

Ultimate Relaxation:
The primary bedroom on this level boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a lavish spa-like ensuite bath. Double vanities, a tiled shower, and a soaking tub provide ultimate relaxation after a day at the beach. An additional guest room includes a king bed, flat-screen smart TV, and a private en suite bath with a tiled shower.

Convenient Amenities:
A utility room with a full-size washer dryer caters to all your laundry needs. Wifi service is provided for your convenience.

Parking Information:
Please note that the driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard-sized vehicles. Large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed. The larger garage is exclusively reserved for owner use, but guests are welcome to use the smaller garage.

Important Note:
The trundle bed is only suitable for small children.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
- age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
