Constructed in 2019, this Pointe West beachside home boasts 3 decks, an open layout, contemporary kitchen, and close access to the beach. Ideal for couples or multiple families you’ll love calling Sapphire Skies home!

The fresh coastal color palette, shiplap accent walls and wall of windows all work together to create an island oasis just for you. Relax and unwind on the large sectional sofa for movie nights or game nights. The contemporary kitchen boasts a large French door refrigerator and abundant storage. Enjoy meals together with an island that seats 3 and table that seats up to 10.

The main level primary king suite boasts a large walk-in closet and deck access to Gulf & bay views. The private en suite bathroom boasts double vanities and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second king suite has its own en suite bath and deck. Down the hall, you’ll find a queen bedroom, bunk room and full bath.

Start your mornings with coffee on the deck, and watch the skies transform with the Galveston sunrise. For al fresco dining, the ground level patio has a charcoal grill and 2 picnic tables - perfect for gathering all your loved ones under the shade. Ready to get out of the house? The neighborhood dune walkover is only half a block away. For added fun, the Pointe West Resort has access to a cycling/walking path, seasonal swimming pool, and fitness center (with amenity fee)!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Perfect house for our 2 families
The home is gorgeous and was set up perfectly for our two families and children. The boys loved the bunk room and our tween daughter loved having her own room.. The two primary bedrooms are both beautiful and comfortable.. There was plenty of room for everyone and we were all very pleased. The house is a very short walk to the beach which makes it easy to come and go as needed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We had a perfect stay and will definitely be back if we head to Galveston again. Highly recommend! Just an fyi- the mosquitos were really bad, probably because of all the rain we’ve been having. This is not the fault of the house in any way as the mosquitos were everywhere on the walk over to the beach. They swarmed us as soon as we stepped outside, so you might want to add bug spray to your shopping list. We’ve never seen anything like it!
