Inside, this air-conditioned abode offers a relaxing environment with a sunny living room with comfortable furniture and a TV with cable, a dining table for the entire family, and a well-appointed kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. The convenient laundry room in the hallway features a washer/dryer that will be just ideal if you were planning on traveling light.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
