Welcome to “The House of Fountains” community at the edge of Old Town Scottsdale! After a day on one of many nearby golf courses, out walking the famous Old Town shopping district, or an evening out taking in it's vast dining and entertainment options, you'll have this to retreat to and recover before setting back out. Sit back and watch the 75" TV and enjoy the romantic electric fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen welcomes every level of chef with lots of counter-space. It has every amenity and accessory you need to make this your home away from home; comfortable & modern with the styling of a great hotel. You will enjoy having conversation and drinks on the patio, sunning yourself at the lovely community pool.

It has cable TV with an unlimited DVR, Smart TV for streaming, and stable high-speed internet and quality WIFI. The beds and bedding are all high quality, and super comfortable!

You will be in the center of everything, with easy access to the action in Tempe, North Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. You’ll appreciate the convenient reserved covered parking, gas grills and shady trees. Within 1 block are several restaurants and stores, but venture out slightly further and you have it all! Including casinos with gambling, restaurants and terrific shows.

Are you an avid golfer? There are many courses within 10 miles, including inexpensive public courses, executive courses and world class courses. Are you a fan of spring training? There are 3 fields within 10 miles. Enjoy outdoorsy pursuits? Terrific walking, hiking & bike trails abound. Do you enjoy eating out? Scottsdale is well known for its many restaurants from casual to fine dining to terrific happy hour values.

How about taking a little trip around the state? Head north to visit “Red Rocks” Sedona, historic Prescott, artsy Jerome, Wickenburg and Flagstaff. For trips heading south, discover Tucson, “Old West” Tombstone, stunning Kartchner Caverns, funky artsy, copper mining town Bisbee, world class bird watching in Patagonia and an astounding hummingbird preserve at Ramsey Canyon. You'll be just hours from the incredible natural wonders of the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Meteor Crater, Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest.

Quiet Oasis

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was perfect for our month long stay in Scottsdale. It was nicely updated with the home features we appreciate such as the quartz waterfall extended bar counter, flooring, tile, big walk in closet with lots of hangers, huge tvs, first floor access, easy parking, steps away from the pool/hot tub/grill and comfortable seating inside and out while listening to the calming waterfall nearby. The location was perfect being so close to our boys and Old Town/Fashion Square area. What we were most surprised by is how quiet the condo complex is, very respectful residence and didn't hear any nearby traffic! We will definitely stay here again when back in Scottsdale...loved it!

Spent time at the pool, shopped, ate grilled everything. Close to downtown Scottsdale , grocery shopping was close as was pharmacy. We’d do this again. Great responsive friendly owners.

Superb location; good host!

This property was just perfect for us. Nice complex, nice unit. It had everything we needed in it and we could get anywhere in the Phoenix area easily. It felt very safe to us which is important. Elloise was very easy to get a hold of and she even checked in with us to see how things were going. The unit had everything that was promised in the listing plus some.

This area just hits all the marks. Almost perfectly centered in the valley, nothing is out of reach. You can get to every Cactus league game around the valley, hit dozens of golf course and take in the Phoenix Metro for all it has to offer.
