Okay

The condo is okay, good enough, fine. Sleeping options are good, spacious enough for 7 people, had most things we needed. The location was great for us because we could watch out kids on the playground from our balcony which had a lovely view of the pond. It was a bit old feeling and the sink had a huge cockroach at one point. The kitchen didn’t have a couple basic supplies, but nothing terrible. However, Vacasa service was poor. It took us 24 hours to get a non-usable sink fixed. This wasn’t too bad. But we didn’t have pillow cases for two of our pillows. Despite requesting them daily and being told we would get them asap, they never arrived for our five day stay.

Great Fall Break

Brought the kids for fall break and had a great time. We could tell it may be the off season because traffic was very light and the facility didn’t have a lot of people staying like during the summer. I would recommend visiting HHI Beach and Tennis Resort and renting this condo.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, condo was clean and had basics. Enjoyed watching the alligator and turtles out the deck and easy walk to the beach and pool. Would def suggest having a couple beach chairs available but otherwise we enjoyed it!

HHBT is the Best on Island!

Great unit. Everything was in place, clean and organized. HHBT has everything you would want in one place at the beach. Pool, rest. on site, beach bar, bike rentals, tennis, pickleball, lagoon with alligators! Folly Field is away from the madness in Coligny and Shelter Cove, but convenient to everything. Great spot!!!

Great place to stay

We love the large common area comfortable queen bed. Easy walk through the parking lot to the beach. We love the beach and tennis and will definitely be back!
