Highlights include your own home theater, as well as a game room with a pool table and a selection of 1980’s arcade classics. Take in the mountain vistas from the private outdoor hot tub. Arrive at Dollywood in just 10 minutes.

LIVING AREAS

Unwind into vacation mode in the spacious and open living area, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, armchair, and a flat-screen TV.

Hours of family fun awaits in the game room, complete with a pool table, an arcade machine with a host of 1980’s arcade classics, and a 30” TV.

Gather for a movie in the home theater, outfitted with three leather recliners, a 75” TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a French-door refrigerator and a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the large wooden dining table with seating for six. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar, which seats four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests between the two suites and two sleeper sofas.

Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a king bed and a 50” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with granite countertops and a spacious walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second suite, also featuring a king bed and a 50” flat-screen TV. The sparkling en-suite bathroom has granite countertops and a large walk-in shower.

A half bath is located off the home theater.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Four rocking chairs on the upper porch offer a pleasant spot to enjoy evening libations..

Soak in the outdoor hot tub on the lower porch while taking in gorgeous mountain and valley vistas. Dine alfresco at the four-person table.

A nearby resort swimming pool is available in the summer months.

THE LOCATION

Head to Dollywood, one of the top family destinations in the South (4.5 miles away). In warmer months, be sure to try Dollywood Splash Country Water Park.

Visit the Titanic Museum Attraction, a two-story museum shaped like the Titanic (5.6 miles).

In winter months, head 11.6 miles to Ober Gatlinburg to hit the slopes or go snow tubing.

For a thrilling time, take a ride on the Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster, a roller coaster ride through forest terrain (8 miles).

Lace up your hiking boots and take a trek through Great Smoky Mountains National Park (10.2 miles).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
