If you don't feel like venturing out, you can always soak up some sunshine at the shared pool on-site.
Inside, the fun doesn't have to stop, as everyone can spread out and relax in the spacious living area or sip a favorite beverage on the private balcony boasting wonderful views of the lake. The living room will be a great place to gather with loved ones for a movie night, or you can take advantage of the stereo and play some favorite tunes as you cook a delicious meal in the full kitchen. The chef of the group will feel right at home with the fun green tile backsplash, modern appliances, and Keurig coffee maker. And, there is nothing like opening up the sliding glass door to the other balcony while you prep ingredients.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
