The spacious, two-level interior is beautifully outfitted with stylish modern decor and updated amenities. The impressive kitchen comes complete for gourmet meals, featuring expansive counter space - with an island prep station - and a full suite of stainless steel appliances including dual ovens, a stove/oven combo, and a dishwasher. A tidy breakfast nook offers seating for four. Full meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room at the banquet table set for 12. Two additional bistro sets offer extra seating for two, each.

The sunken living room offers classic appeal with a new set of leather furniture offering upgraded comfort. Enjoy casual downtime with the group while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. Sprawl out on the fully-screened patio, featuring a variety of poolside seating and loungers and spend your days splashing in the sparkling water.

All four bedrooms can be found upstairs, with two full bathrooms shared between them. An additional, full bathroom is located on the ground floor for household convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
